Virtual Assistant & Online Marketing Work 20-30 hours per week

I am looking for a professional Virtual Assistant who can do the following work in the role:

- Customer service / help desk for my company
- Wordpress Blogs ... set up, customise a theme & upload content
- Other online marketing such as adding articles to ezine sites etc
- SEO
- Organise work schedules for my contract staff
- Answer Phone for our business
