Key Functions:
• Provide direction on front end technologies and approaches
• Lead the analysis, data modeling, technical and functional design of the software project
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement interactive web applications
• Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new public-facing products based on client requirements
• Resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Document coding and modifications; review API documentation for accuracy
• Perform code analysis, code reviews, and software reliability analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum 5+ years of front-end experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience working with common JavaScript frameworks and libraries (i.e. React, AngularJS, Vue, jQuery)
• Intermediate experience with UI/UX design and implementation leveraging tools such as Bootstrap
• 3+ years’ experience working in a source-controlled environment, such as Git or TFVC
• Full development life cycle experience from requirements analysis through coding and release
• Proven experience developing, testing, documenting and releasing mission-critical software
• Solid understanding of API design and implementation
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients

Must Have's:
• Experience leveraging back-end technologies to integrate server-side capabilities into front-end code such as REST, JSON, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.
• Basic understanding container deployment (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Technical knowledge of the PDF specification and/or direct coding experience developing PDF based solutions
