Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities

Be able to know client's information and qualification by using our system
Rule out client's risk and determine how to follow up fraud cases according to the Anti-fraud standards.
Sort out fraud clients by using telephone and internet or other tools and give final anti-fraud conclusion
Find out new fraud ways ,report it and finds solutions to stop the fraud
Assist team manager on achieving the team goal, find out the problem in time and can raise out reasonable suggestions


Requirements:

Must have experience in fraud analyst fintech/finance, E-commerce, Bank, Etc
Have strong logic thinking
Have strong communicating skills
Education: College and above
Major: Fiance, Law, Marketing,Management is preferred
Work experience: At least one year anti-fraud work experience in bank or other competitor companies
Skilled in using office software; Good at communicating and have teamwork spirit;Being responsible and can work under certain work pressure.
