JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
• Your will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our guest through communication channels (Phone and Email).
• Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from guest.
• Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest complaints
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
• Ensure the customer will give a review after they check-out
• Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
• Provide polite, professional and accurate response.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guest and colleagues.
• Right attitude and interested to learn, love meeting people and passionate.
• Assist with the daily reservations process, servicing guest needs and queries.

Requirements:
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline.
• A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure.
• Must be able to communicate in English as they will need to deal with clients.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components.
• Ability to work shift and during the weekend.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
