WHO WE ARE
Young America Trading Co. was established in May 2013. Yes, a fairly young company just like what the name says. This company is one of our newer companies, specializes in the distribution, import/export as well as retail activities of high quality products range from Home & Garden, Health & Beauty and Grocery & Gourmet Food. We distribute our products through our e-commerce websites as well as third party platforms, such as Amazon and eBay. We are now moving into the wholesale sector and also working on a plan to expand into Amazon UK & Europe.

JOB SCOPE
1. Product sourcing (60%)
2. Inventory management
3. Investment and Financial forecasts and analysis
4. Create product listings
5. Copy writing - product descriptions
6. Have good knowledge of SEO
7. Devise plans to retain customers (example: email marketing)
8. Devise plans for our promotion campaign
9. Monitor trends & sales; report sales forecasts
10. Product development - propose ideas on what products to develop based on sales trend
and some other tasks that will impact the growth of our business.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
~ THE BIG FIVE ~
1. VERY RELIABLE & FAST Internet Connection, no downtime and has no problem doing video conference calls with the team. MUST have a backup source.
2. VERY Detail-oriented! Due to our business nature, we cannot tolerate any 'miss' on details.
3. VERY GOOD Analytical Skills. You will need to make good judgment when come to sourcing the right products.
4. VERY GOOD with Data Entry and don't mind repetitive tasks. When come to sourcing products, you will need to constantly run some numbers to make decision.
5. WILLING TO WORK IN USA EASTERN TIME. Able to work 40 hours/week.
~ OTHER IMPORTANT SKILLS ~
1. Business-minded
2. Have experience in online sales and marketing. You will have to make some phone calls to get product feedback from our customers
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English
4. Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and most importantly PHOTOSHOP (you will need this to edit product pictures)
5. Bachelors Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development.
6. Have a great knowledge in all areas that we stated above. If you have experience with Amazon FBA & eBay, it will be a plus.
