We are looking for an experienced customer service rock star to make our customers feel loved. You will be part of a team and be the face of our customer experience. We are a digital publishing company with innovative mobile friendly publishing software.
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in customer service
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have a caring and helping attitude
• Be passionate about being part of a growing business
Duties and responsibilities:
• Customer onboarding
• Performing a final quality assurance before initial handover
• Managing support
• Creating and updating training guides and manuals
• Keeping our knowledge base up to date
• Answering pre-sales questions
• Creating and communicating updates to our customers on a regular basis
• Upselling clients with new and added products
• Managing our SMS platform
• Checking people are conforming with license restrictions

To be successful you will need to:
