What does Movley do?
Movley is bringing tech and machine learning to 3rd party quality control inspections. Maybe you've had an inspection before when manufacturing overseas and you've seen first-hand the systematic problems that plague the industry. We're building better inspections with interactive reports, real-time results and quoting, and a complete modernization of an industry that has been unchanged in decades with nearly no direct visionary competitors. We mainly work with e-Commerce businesses not only in their China factories but the rest of the world. We launched in November of 2019, and despite COVID and CNY concerns have closed over 30 clients and 15 partnerships some with many companies in the space such as Payoneer, OFX, and others

What is Working at Movley like?
At Movley, most of our workforce is distributed across a number of countries. That means we have core infrastructure that supports a remote workforce including video calling, weekly team meetings, and more. We want to create an inclusive, fun environment for everyone involved that's rooted in experimentation and learning new things. We encourage people to think out of the box, be friendly, and take radical ownership of their objectives and projects even if that means getting to the CEO to make a suggestion. If you like to take charge, work in a fast-paced environment, and are highly self-motivated and driven, you'll enjoy working at Movley.

What You'll be Doing:
We are looking for a general marketing manager to help build, implement, and manage a multitude of Movley's marketing programs from scratch. Our marketing efforts focus on building partnerships, providing value wherever possible on a multitude of topics on supply-chain and manufacturing. Our primary customer target initially are e-commerce brands and small to mid-size manufacturers. We differentiate ourselves by providing a significantly higher-quality inspection with better process, more data points on an inspection through tech and better reporting, and a guided approach with recommendations and suggestion for small to midsize brands in multiple product categories. You will be on the front-lines and will be responsible for working with the team to develop new marketing initiatives to bring visibility to Movley. This could include working with partners, engaging in public relations, and even things such as building how-to videos on our process with our operations team in order to help clients understand and utilize our service better to increase engagement.
