Virtual Data Entry / Bookkeeper (QuickBooks)

We are looking for a full-time (or part-time) Accountant to help with journal entries, data entry and margin calculations for all orders placed on our website (BigCommerce Store), Amazon and eBay into our Quickbooks. Quickbooks experience is preferred. We currently employ 5 VAs fulltime from OnlineJobs.ph (and some have been working for us for 2 years already).

The accountant would follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs)/ instruction manual to reconcile our automated Quickbooks sales entries and match them up to the related expenses + attaching PDF of the invoice to the journal entry as well. The accountant will also spot check to make sure there were no order errors (that we weren't overcharged) and to make sure the margin is also Upgrade to see actual info will require the employee to enter the invoice amounts from our email inbox (PDFs) and from our supplier websites - both accurately and quickly. These orders will need to be entered 100 percent accurately for our accounting to be correct. This will likely take 9 hours per day total, for 5 days a week. The employee will work alongside our USA Accounting Manager.

Total work would be 40 hours per week.

If the work quality is good, there is potential for more work / and increased pay.
