Weekly training and personal coaching
*Opportunity for Paid trip to US after 1 year*

Weekly tasks will include:

Using Podio! You will use it for 90% of your job so you must be familiar with Podio!

Answer inbound calls as they are received

Return any missed calls within 5 minutes

Gather information from callers about their property (script provided)

Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell

Set appointments for Acquisition Manager

Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base)

Proficiency in typing, Word, Excel, Power Point and internet skills

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar

Proficiency in social media

Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities

Must be a team player and get along with other team members

Warm, engaging, inviting personality

Must love talking to people on the phone and in person

Follow up with leads appropriately

Motivation to provide excellent customer service and experience

Great time management skills


A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
