Virtual Assistant/Account Manager

Scendancy Redline has been steadily growing since we started over 1.5 years ago. We are a digital media creative agency based in the United States and today we work with entrepreneurs who run high level training and coaching programs. We have grown to a place where we need a virtual assistant to join our team to help us manage our customer accounts, and work directly with the owner on email marketing and lead generation.

Week to week would look like interacting directly with our customers, making sure their projects are assigned to the design team, tracked, followed up with, and delivery of completed content. We expect this person will reach out to their accounts weekly to drive the creation of new content, as well as make sure our customers are completely taken care of with their ---------- the down time, the right person would be working to help us go after a new niche with our digital media with direct outreach to cold prospects via email, as well as generating a list of businesses we can market directly to on Facebook.

There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%! We are fully expecting to continue to grow as our business continues to pick up so this is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us! 30-40 hours/week.
