IMMEDIATE HIRE: Wordpress Developer

Hey there,
we need an experienced programmer who can work from home and would not be forced to do night ---------- om our experience, we would upload work in Asana and we would have 2-3h/day where we can chat about all ToDos. All our employees are are working 2-4+ years in average for us. We Do not treat our employees just as workers. Due it is a technical role, we would be ok not have a live Audio/Video interview and just chat with you how good we fit together.

Unfortunately, we had also some bad experience with Programmers from Philipines before, so we will not onboard for Full-time again immediately. We will make a light onboarding and give you 40h-60h/week on work. If everything works out for both sites, let us continue with onboarding for a Full-time position.

What went previously wrong, what you need as personal core values :
- We are living in another time zone. We do not want to force someone to make night shifts. We will agree with your working hours, they are flexible +/- 2h. If we agree that, start at this time and do that continuously.
- You are working 100% in front of your computer, if we send you a message on Skype/Whatsapp, you should answer immediately (within 10 Minutes) and not 1h later... (only in your working hours)
- We have a familiar environment with our Employees, do not understand that as a weakness. But more as you can have fun at your work.

Your Daily Tasks
• Maintaining, improving, expanding, and scaling our site (See Site on Google Form Document)
• Implement SEO recommendations on the site
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data recommendations monthly.
• Develop and implement link building strategy (Optional requirement)
• Work with the copywriter team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Improving Page authority, domain authority, and other metrics
• Adding photos and graphics to make pages visually appealing and engaging
• Working together with our Designer to improve Design of our Website
• Wordrpess Template creation.

What we do NOT want:
• Slackers (People that take way more time than required to get projects done).
• People that need everything to be pointed out in order to fix / get it done.
• People that are not willing to invest extra hours into learning.
• People that present problems but no solutions.
• People that fully rely on Plugins to get their functions done (Nothing wrong with 1 or 2 plugins).
