Highly Experienced Female Social Media Manager and Graphics Designer

I’m currently looking for 2 VAs with 5 or more years solid experience in (1) Social Media, Copywriting, and Email Marketing and (2) Graphics Editing. I would like a technical guru who is upbeat, and gets things done the smart and fast way. A person who can work independently and problem solve who doesn’t need me to get involved in solving small issues but rather can fix them and / or can suggest ways to improve processes and communication to clients that involves less effort and greater results.

Social Media Manager must be highly experienced with the following online tools:

1. Squarespace. My website was built on Squarespace. VA must be knowledgeable of Squarespace sufficient to upload content and organise it.
2. Upgrade to see actual infoetings and webinars set up (advanced) including interviews with multiple speakers
3. Asana and What's App. Will use Asana for project management and What's App for daily communication.
4. G Suite, Google Docs and Drive
5. Dropbox. For file management and sharing.
6. Google Meet
7. YouTube
8. Mailchimp. For email marketing and automation.
9. Social Media Tools. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest for marketing and building online authority.
10. Must have experience working in either a coaching or wellbeing space to understand the language and messaging required

Graphic Designer must be highly experienced with the following online tools:

8. Photoshop and other professional editing programs
9. Video and Audio Editing Tools
10. Must have experience working in either a coaching or wellbeing space to understand the visual messaging approach

I will pay fortnightly. I’m looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated and is looking for a long term position.
Must be English speaking and have a good command of written English. May have to write copies occasionally.
Must have good internet service.
This is a long term position with continuous assignments.
