We are looking for a brilliant and committed Virtual Assistant to join our boutique Australian Photography Business Mentoring Company, Empowered Action.
The role is to directly support the Founder & CEO Clare Stephens, focused on general administration, customer service and distribution of marketing content across multiple platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE
HOURS & BENEFITS
-Hours: 10 hours per week initially (moving to 20-30 hours per week within 3 months). Please note, we are looking for someone who wants to work exclusively within our organisation, as the intention is that this role becomes full time and we want your 100% attention on our business. This role is a 30-day trial to start.
-Flexibility: This is a flexible opportunity to work from home and choose your own hours (dependent on deadlines)

-Remuneration: $4 per hour (moving to $5 per hour after 30 Day Trial) with bonuses depending on results
EXAMPLE TASKS
Note: These are examples of tasks you will be required to do, however, it will always be changing.
-Attend regular (online) team meetings with the CEO and submit daily task briefs to your manager
-General administrative duties as required including scheduling appointments, calendar management, managing Wordpress updates, ordering gifts, awards and prizes for clients, data entry
-Check customer service
-Assist with launches, live webinars and presentations
-Repurpose video and audio content across social media, blog posts, YouTube,
-Optimise blog posts, videos and images for search engines (SEO)
-Collate data for weekly and monthly reports
-Research & reach out to potential partners for guest blogs and podcasts interviews
-Update internal documentation of processes and procedures as you do tasks

MUST-HAVE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & RESOURCES
- Be proficient and comfortable in speaking and writing in work-level English
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant
- Knowledge of all social media platforms and their related back end functionalities
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Forms & Powerpoint plus Google Drive
- Knowledge of project management software (we use Teamwork)
- Your own laptop/ computer equipment with updated software
- Your own mobile phone and fast internet access
- Your own business structures set up in your country as required, you will provide invoices for our tax records

TRAINING PROTOCOL
The first 30 days, we will be handing you tasks with Loom explainer videos. The first week will require daily training meetings. If you run into questions or roadblocks, we will have a procedure for moving forward, which will require you to suggest recommended actions. You will then be told to move forward on your suggested action or recommended to do something else. The feedback you get will make you better at your job.
