Looking for JavaScript developer to help build web app

I'm a front end designer and looking to work with someone to build the backend of a simple app I want to create. I will design the front end with HTML and CSS. But I'm not as skilled in Javascript and the back end so that is where I need help.

I am looking to make it the web app in Vue JS or React, whatever you prefer is fine with me.
