***Amazing Shopify dropshipping VA needed to start ASAP***

Hello! I'm looking for an all round Shopify virtual assistant with minimum 1 year experience with dropshipping stores.

The applicant will help me with a range of tasks for multiple stores:

FULFILLMENT:
-Fulfilling orders using DSers PRO
-Communicating with suppliers
-Creating draft orders
-Opening disputes on Aliexpress

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
-Answering customer inquiries using Re:amaze in perfect English
-Moderating/replying to comments/messages on Facebook and Instagram
-Responding to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 1 business day)
-Changing, refunding and cancelling orders according to our store policies
-Reshipping products to customers when needed
-Responding with Paypal disputes
-Responding to chargebacks

MARKETING:
-Managing and following up with influencers
-Communicating with influencers

Requirements:
-Excellent English (written and grammar)
-At least 1 year of experience as VA in Shopify dropshipping customer service and fulfillment
-Work independently
-Attention to detail
-Quick learner
-Reliable
-Know how Shopify and Aliexpress work
