JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented, highly organized, and experienced VA for a long-term position.

The job will require:
- Email and FB support.
- Social Media moderation.
- Call back customers regarding support or inquiry.
- Experience in using Shopify for customer support
- Experience in using google sheets

Requirements:
- It's a full time Job
- Must be fluent in USA-English speaking and writing (grammatically and spelling is critical)
- Fast and reliable Internet connection.
- Must have a customer service background for ecommerce stores.
- Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone sound quality and call quality.
- Highly organized, honest, and reliable.
- Willing to learn other tasks.
- Diligence and attention for details.
- Distraction-free workspace.


More things you need to know before applying:
- We are looking for reliable, self-managed and responsible people who can manage their tasks and meet their deadlines.
- We are going to have video calls for training/meetings.
- We use a time tracking app called hubstaff
