Davao-Based Financial Controller / Cost Control

We are looking for a highly diligent individual to work closely with our senior management team. The role will handle payments to suppliers, file and reconcile invoicing, and perform cost control.

You must:

- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Have excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and clearly communicate issues and information to all levels of management
- Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills; hands on and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable & receivable for various entities
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Data entry of financial records
- Cash Flow Management
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Assess costs against agree metrics and conduct cost control mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and writing skills (Fluent English)
- Ambition, eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon your own skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Background in Xero Accounting Software
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Advanced degree in Accounting
