Designer (with Customer service experience)

We are an online apparel and corporate gifting portal. We require energetic and creative individuals who can take on the customer service and designing portion of our process.

Customers will usually inquire via our website, and the main task is to provide prompt response within 30 seconds from their enquiry during office hours and within 2 mins after office hours. Note: your responses should be convincing and be able to convert new enquiries to customers/buyers so you need to be confident that you can close deals over online chats

Customers who requires customisation will usually provide the pictures. the pictures will usually comes in the form of jpeg or png downloaded from google; or it might be hand-drawn; or there are several instances where they narrate the words they want to print on the items. You have to vectorise these images using adobe illustrator or photoshop within 24hrs from receipt. And you can send it to us for production.
