We are looking for a Talented Technical/Automation Expert to run, manage and monitor the millions of dollars of eCommerce brands we have.
Job Responsibilities:
Helping build automation for recurring tasks of Act Managers,
Maintaining & adding to existing automation built to monitor our eCommerce brands
Monitoring at scale, listing issues & act health noticed through the automation that’s been built.
Migrating website domains
Working with API integrations and onboarding new software + plugins.
Managing total Online Business Management (Review Management, Customer Service Management, Maintaining/Monitoring Best Seller Ranking)
API Integration tool Management
MIGRATING NEW E-COMMERCE BUSINESSES:
-Transfer of:
-Following a methodological checklist to ensure no error when migrating new businesses.
ASSISTING OUR ACT. MANAGERS WITH REPETITIVE TASKS:
-As a technology expert you should be able to look at a repetitive task and provide counsel if parts of it can be automated; using excel/web macros, SQL, just to name a few.
REGULARLY TESTING OUR SOFTWARE FOR BUGS:
-Regularly testing that our monitoring software that tells us if we have an issue with a listing or act, is still full working as it should be.
-Detecting when something slips the automated monitoring, discussing with staff to understand how the automation needs to be updated, etc.
ASSISTING WITH NEW HIRES IT NEEDS
-Ensures each new hire are provided the necessary IT support services of the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master of: Excel, VBA, Web Macros, SQL,
-Moderate knowledge of APIs
-A technical college degree
-Familiar with eCommerce & Customer Support companies, preferences to have worked in one or serviced one in the past.
-Strong communication skills, experienced technical manager, able to lead what’ll be an ever-growing team of techies in your department as the company grows.
