Customer Support and Outreach Team Member

Full time - 50 hours per week across 6-7 days (only apply if you can do 50 hours per week)

Looking for TWO long term team members for our health and wellness businesses. One member will be working across the US timezone (preferably Pacific time) and one member will be working across Europe time zone. Please advise your preference in your application.

Role: Using a unique lead generation strategy, you are required to book prospective clients on sales calls from social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities:
-Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during set scheduled hours.
-Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance.
-Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Requirements:
-Experience in Facebook Messenger and Facebook, desired
-Some experience in the fitness/nutrition industry is preferred but not mandatory
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have excellent written English
-Must have excellent attention to detail. This is crucial. So in order to be considered for this position, you need to write 'Attention To Detail' at the very top/beginning of your cover letter.
-Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (you will have a set schedule based off this)
-Must have fast reliable internet.
