China / India Sourcing | Procurement Specialist | Product Sourcing

We are a USA based ecommerce company adding many new product lines to our brand. We are looking for someone to lead our procurement operations that specializes in sourcing new manufacturers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to source and identify manufacturers for private label products (primarily from China, India, Vietnam, etc., although USA or other countries valuable as well).
- Ability to build long term relationships with manufacturers
- Experience generating RFQ agreements with factories
- Negotiating prices with suppliers with findings from research and multiple quotes
- Requesting samples from suppliers
- Placing orders
- Experience with ----------

ADDITIONAL Valuable SKILLS:
- Amazon Private Label experience
- Experience with Indiamart
- Basic engineering experience to see product issues and work with supplier to address concerns could be helpful (not necessary)

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
