Amazon FBA - Wholesale Manager

I'm looking to hire someone to work alongside me to build an amazon wholesale business based in Canada for the North American market.

Job requirements!

1. Ability to source wholesale products with a good ROI.
2. Excellent knowledge of amazon seller central and FBA requirements
3. Excellent understanding of packaging shipping etc
4. Experience with sourcing software.
5. I am looking for someone that I can communicate with in English, both in writing and video, so English skills must be excellent.
6. Highly Motivated.
7. Previous experience is necessary and must be proven.

Salary will be in tiers:
1. First, Tier will be the starting salary to source, set up and ship items to the fulfillment center.
2. Once profitability is achieved, the salary will be increased to Tier 2 (profitability can be $1, the amount doesn't matter).
3. A revenue goal will be set together with the hired applicant, with which a goal will be set and when achieved salary will be increased to Tier 3.

The expectation is for full-time work (40 hours weekly), below is the salary structure.
Tier 1 = $400USD
Tier 2 = $600USD
Tier 3 = $900USD
