We are looking for someone who can write original copy in any format, e.g., case study, blog post, brochure, website, ad, email, direct mail letter, postcard, video script.

You will enhance our company’s credibility and grab attention with clear, crisp, and compelling messaging for any/all audience targets — existing and prospective customers, employees, investors, the media. Your should skills run the gamut from primarily real estate (e.g., investing, industry standards, rehab), technical (e.g., policies & procedures, manuals, sell sheets) to imaginative (e.g., ads, social media campaigns, websites) and all in between.

We expect you to write pitch-perfect text. Articles for our blogs are Up to 900 Words with Up to 6 focus words. We will expect you also to do competitor research and keyword research. The content must:

- Be Unique and engaging content
- Be Plagiarism free content
- Be 100% original content
- Be Delivered On-time
- Have No grammatical errors
