JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with various tasks for my new medical practice. I don't need any medical services at this time, but I need help growing my business. I need somebody who is proficient in graphic design, making marketing materials, and interacting with patients. Ideally you would be a fun and lighthearted person who is passionate about healthcare and giving patients an affordable option.

This job will grow and evolve as my business does – and I need somebody who can learn my business inside and out, think like I do, and be my right hand person. I will teach you how to do things specific to my business, but need you to be able to do the things below already.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,

*Collecting emails off websites
*Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
*Daily Social Media Post
*Sending and responding to emails
*Commenting, Liking and messaging people on Instagram
*Writing Articles
*Creating Photos for Social Media
*Designs for T-Shirts
*Logos
*SEO Optimization
*Reach out to businesses and potential patients to promote the clinic

I have extreme attention to detail, I am very efficient, and like things done in those ways. Therefore you need to also have an extreme attention to detail, be efficient, and communicate well. I need somebody who will understand me perfectly in English and be able to speak and write in English very well.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

About Me: I am a PA and literally do the same job as a doctor. I am graduating with my PhD in 4 months and just opened a Direct Primary Care Medical Clinic 2 months ago. I have been working at a psych hospital with mostly kids for 1.5 years and will continue working there until my business is at full capacity.
