The purpose of this role is to grow social media accounts for Kristen Noelle Co. at a steady and genuine rate (no bots and funny business!) and to master a proven system to repurpose content. Currently, the main focus is to master both Youtube and Instagram growth and once there is a proven system in place, bring in Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This will be done through market research, analytics, content creation, content repurposing, and mastering social media systems and processes.
This person is in charge of the creation, repurposing, execution, and improvement of Kristen Noelle Co’s social media strategy. When done right, measurable growth is evident month after month and a proven successful system is set in place.
You’ll be accountable for these KPI’s:
Youtube genuine subscriber growth, reach, engagement, leads and conversions (monthly)
Instagram genuine follower growth, reach, engagement, leads and conversions (monthly)
Content pieces created and repurposed per month.
Simply put, when genuine growth happens on social media and a system is successfully built, you win.
You MUST be:
Creative, analytical, AND organized; ready to learn and grow with the company.
A high performer, overachiever, and obsessed with all things social media, analytics, design, branding, manifestation, and self-development.
Someone who feels confident in spear-heading and creating a social media strategy system that can run on its own without you (if the day comes)
Able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You’ll be handling multiple social media platforms so I want this person to be able to feel empowered and not overwhelmed by the role.
Able to create graphics and social media content with ease using tools such as Canva, photoshop, video editing software, etc.
Obsessed with mastering algorithms and on top of trends
Feels extremely passionate and comfortable with market, hashtag, and keyword research. You’ll be doing a lot of research.
Able to take feedback well, and communicate honestly with the rest of the
