I am looking for a Physical Therapist Virtual Assistant / Medical Doctor who is reliable, takes initiative, self-motivated, resourceful, problem solver, organized, flexible, and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the clinical field.
Positive working attitude and observe professionalism at all times.
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and problem-solving ability.
With good oral and written communication skills, and can communicate relevant medical materials in clear English through online chat, Facebook, Email, and other communication media

My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth, we need to expand our team. We are very experienced working with virtual assistants. We have had many VAs over the last 9 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 8 years, plus I have 29 others who work for me full time.

Core Work Tasks (These are tasks that you would do on a daily basis.):

Answer Customer Questions - We need a physical therapist who can familiarize his/herself with our health and fitness products and answer customer questions when it relates to our programs. We also have customers who have questions when it relates to injuries. This is specifically what we are looking for the physical therapist / medical doctor virtual assistant to help with.

Customer Service – Respond to customer issues via email and support desk. Sample customer service issues include questions regarding products and download concerns, among others.

Manage Social Media – On a daily basis, manage the company’s Facebook page by adding posts, responding to people, and improving interaction with people. The VA is also expected to manage the company’s YouTube account a few times a week as well as LinkedIn on a weekly basis.

These are the most important tasks you will do and you must be open and comfortable doing these for an 8-hour shift.

Additional Work Tasks (These are tasks that are done on a weekly basis.):

Content Management – Format and post blog articles, insert images, perform light proofreading of blog posts, and manage comments on the blog posts

Image and Video Editing – Perform very basic editing. This means being able to crop and decrease the resolution of an image; being able to trim the start and end of a video, crop a video, and upload videos. This also includes updating descriptions, scheduling, and publishing of YouTube videos.

Document Creation & Organization – Format Word documents, create tables and organize styles. An example of this is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).

Sales Organization & Data Collection – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis, collect sales made from offers and promotions, and organize the data collected into a ---------- ernet Research – Search out a topic on the internet and collect information.

Tasks and Procedures – Assist in building procedures and create instructional videos about the tasks you do. This is also the way the training is done.

Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft Office products, Skype, Dropbox, Wordpress, Lastpass, Gmail, Google Docs, Basecamp, Jing and Screencast, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shipwire, Shopify, Zendesk, Clickbank, Pinterest, Infusionsoft and iContact.

#4 Other Miscellaneous tasks

Outbound Customer Support Phone Calls – Call English speaking customers and help them with their customer support issues and talk orders.

Live Chat for Customer Support - Perform Live Chat with customers in English to help them with their concerns.

Transcriptions – Transcribe English audio or video files and add the transcript in a Word document and edit it in such a way that the transcript can be turned into a blog post.
