Immediate HIRING: Media Buyer (Full-Time Job) Needed ASAP

I am currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Media Buyer to head our media buying team who is reliable, takes initiative, self-motivated, resourceful, problem solver, organized, flexible, and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth, we need to expand our team. We are very experienced in working with virtual assistants. We have had many over the last 9 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 8 years, plus I have 29 others that work for me full time.

Core Work Tasks (These are tasks that you would do on a daily basis.):


Facebook Ads - You will need to:
~ Create ads, split test ads, create campaigns, monitor campaigns, and optimize ads.
~ Target ads based on demographics, interests, and pages.
~ Create lookalike audiences for targeting
~ Manage ad spend/revenue to achieve positive ROI
~ Make changes on ad campaigns based on insights from Google Analytics
~ Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management

Amazon Ads - You will need to create ads and campaigns; optimize ads; make changes on ad campaigns based on insights from Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management

Yahoo Gemini - You will need to create ads and campaigns; optimize ads; make changes on ad campaigns based on insights from Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management
Learn and Test New Traffic Sources - We are looking for someone who can take a course or do online research on how to utilize new online traffic sources and then test out that traffic source.

Landing Page Split Test - Monitor and decide on landing page split test results plus suggest and build new split tests and landing page optimization.

Data Collection Reports - Collect daily/weekly/monthly data on ads' results and how funnels and traffic sources have performed for the day/week/month.

These are the most important tasks you will do and you must be open and comfortable doing this for an 8-hour shift.

#4. Other miscellaneous tasks

Customer Service – Respond to customer issues via email and support desk. Sample customer service issues include questions regarding products and download concerns, among others.

Live Chat for Customer Support - Perform Live Chat with customers in English to help them with their questions and concerns.

Manage Social Media accounts - Schedule Posts using tools like Hootsuite; Research and create content ideas that will increase audience engagement; On a daily basis, manage the company’s Facebook page by adding posts, responding to people, and improving interaction with people. The VA is also expected to manage the company’s YouTube account a few times a week as well as LinkedIn on a weekly basis and manage and maintain other social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc.);

Outbound Customer Support Phone Calls – Call English speaking customers and help them with their customer support issues and orders.

These are other tasks that you will do, and you must be open and comfortable doing this.
