anime/manga artist needed

i need multiple anime or manga artists to create anime versions of photos allocated to them . for example ill submit a photo and would need an animefied photo with anime style costuumes or backgrounds etc. willing to pay (per piece)20 usd for a sketch plus add ons 30 usd for manga style photos and 50 usd for anime style photosplus add ons and 7 dollars extra for each extra person in the photograph. do attach your portfolio. thanks
