Looking for an full-time Adwords Expert

This is a fulltime job only.
Salary payed weekly.

We already work with a remote worker in the Philippines and now looking to add an extra member of staff.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Starting Salary is $750.00. If you are very productive after the first month, we shall increase salary. This applies to more experienced candidates).

Requirements
Adwords Expert (1.5+ Years plus fulltime experience).
Google Adwords Certified
Decent technical knowledge, and ability to learn new software quickly.
Good English verbal, and (written to understand keywords and ad copy)
Full time job working remotely from home.
Self-motivated to work remotely from home
Fast internet connection
Skype availability
Use Trello project management
Learn repeat tasks
Analytical ability to identify trends and patterns in lots of data
Creativity.
Advantageous to be degree educated.

Responsibilities.
We have an approach to managing Adwords which we require you to implement, but we do allways consider new ways to improve efficieny.
We provide instructions and screencasts of the main tasks. (Examples include ad extensions, negative keywords, ad copy, account structure from search terms report etc, new positive keywords, new ad groups etc).
Build Adwords account structures
Add campaign settings.
Negative keyword research
Expand positive keywords from search terms conversions.
Update Ad Copy
Setup Conversion tracking with GA and TAG manager.
Follow instructions for implementation. Screencasts of the main tasks are already.
Optimisation

Degree educated has an advantage, but we are looking for analytically minded people that can see trends and patterns in data to be able to implement the correct solutions for each of our clients that you work on.
