Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce & Social Media

I am looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to assist me with my ecommerce business and general internet research tasks.

Your role is mainly to assist me and my team in handling different areas of my E-commerce business and podcast.

Some main areas include:
- Finding Podcast Guests, Contacting Guests and Scheduling Them for Interviews
- Internet Research - finding, collecting and condensing information on various topics
- Product Research
- Customer Service
- Documenting your work with SOP’s

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - REQUIRED
Excellent Internet Research and experience with product research - REQUIRED

Experience in handling customer service concerns is a PLUS
Ability to condense internet research into thorough and usable written content is a PLUS
Knowledge in sports science or basic understanding of scholarly research is a PLUS
Ability to create content long form written content is a PLUS
