Customer Support VA Needed (Great english required)

Hello,

My name is Isaac and I run a performance marketing business using paid advertising.

I am currently looking to hire someone with experience in Customer Support.

Your role will include:

-> Email Support --- (You need to be able to think creatively for some responses, understand the products we are offering)
-> Social Media Moderation ---- (filtering and responding to comments, responding to messages)
-> Managing social media fanpages and other small tasks ---- (posting on the page, etc.)

Hours and wage are flexible based on performance.

One of the most important things for this job is for you to be able to understand the basics of how to respond (which I will teach you) - but also be adaptable and learn how to respond to messages/comments which don't fall under normal procedure.
