Virtual Assistant/ Web Designer/ Graphic Designer

My name is Bryce Johnson, I am the owner of a CBD Company in the United States of America. I am looking for someone to help manage my online store with more routine tasks as well as provide support as a marketing director/ copywriter. I am an entrepreneur, who does best with coming up with ideas and talking to people. I do not do very good at following thorugh with little things on my ecommerce site, and this is something I need help with. Essentially, I feel like I have built all the partnerships, infrastructure, and technologies that we need to be successful. I just need someone to help me get everything going and get it organized. I understand ecommerce, however I'm new to this and I'm really looking for someone with more experience than me who can sort of take the lead on our ecommerce side of operations. We have a decent sized following on social media and are growing at a rapid pace. The ideal candidate, is someone who is creative, analytical, and a problem-solver. The most important thing that I'm looking for is someone who can adapt and learn on their own, as well as someone with previous experience in ecommerce/shopify/woocommerce. The person who fufills this job, should expect to become a critical role within the company, and as such this is a long-term and full-time employment relationship. The person who takes one this job will be my go-to person, and will be paid salary with bonuses for meeting goals, 13th month pay, and the ability to earn commission. We may be able to work around Time-Zone Issues.
