We are looking for professional phone agents with great communication skills, friendly and pleasant voice on the phone, keen attention to details and who are highly organized. Must meet basic requirements:
· May be assign with admin task such as list management and skip tracing
· Must be available US daytime hours (EST) and can start immediately
· We have part time and full time posts

· Prospecting/lead generation thru’ cold calling
· Appointment setting
· Nurturing leads thru’ follow up calls or messages
· Experience with working with a real estate investor is definitely an advantage

Basic Requirements:
· Great communication skills both verbal and written
· Computer/software savvy
· Desktop or laptop (at least i3 with 4GB RAM)
· STABLE wired internet connection at least 5Mbps
· A quiet home office and a USB type headset with the noise canceling feature
· MUST have experience in outbound calling in a call center or home base setting
· Must be able to work US Daytime Hours, 6-8 hour shifts.

Must Be Competent with the following applications:
1. Mojo Dialer or Call Tools (Training provided)
2. Googlesuite – Googlesheets, Google Drive
3. Messaging applications (Training provided)
