We are presently looking for an ambitious, experienced, analytical, hard-working and communicative virtual assistant for an Amazon FBA business. You must have experience working with either Amazon FBA or another ecommerce business.
You will need to:
- create shipping plans based on stock incomings and outgoings
- reorder products from suppliers
- analyse & select new products to add to the portfolio
- call and
- respond to customer service
The following are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for this work:
- Prior experience working in Seller Central & Amazon FBA OR in another ecommerce business
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Be punctual - there is a zero-tolerance policy to non-attendance
- Ability to talk positively and politely over the phone and listen and engage with their needs
- Ability to write powerful e-mails
- Numerical skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel for numerical analysis
- Hard-working ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organised, self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently, plan and manage time
- Desire to learn
Days and hours: Monday-Friday, UK business hours (5am - 5pm), UK time zone. (You must be online but are not working for all this time - breaks are allowed throughout.) You must be contactable outside those hours in case of
Pay: $400 per month + unlimited performance based bonus.
For successful applicants there will be an unpaid training / trial period of up to two weeks before the start (depending on how quickly you learn).
