Amazon Wholesale & Optimization Expert Build and Run

Hello, I’m a Filipino/American entrepreneur looking for a motivated VA with Amazon FBA experience to work alongside us to build and run my Amazon Business.

We currently have an operating Amazon business but are looking to expand our product lineup.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the process of searching for USA based wholesalers/distributors. Checking the products on their stock lists against prices on Amazon and then listing them for sale through Seller Central for Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA).

Here is what you will be tasked to do:

- Research and identify product wholesale opportunities
- Contact US based companies via email/phone
- Open wholesalers/distributors accounts and obtain price lists with UPC’s (Unique Product Code)
- Inputting company information into an Excel Sheet and check pricing against products on Amazon.com
- Listing any products found to be profitable through Seller Central for Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA)

Knowledge of Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) and how to list products and navigate your way through Seller Central is a key part of this role and all applicants must be familiar with this process. Other skills that could be an advantages (but not essential) would be Shopify, SEO, eBay and general e-commerce experience.

The role will require applicants to contact companies that are based in the USA via email, or phone if required. To open accounts with them and obtaining their stock lists which must contain UPC's (Unique Product Code). Once a supplier stock list is obtained you will be responsible for running the stock list through software to check the prices offered against current prices on Amazon.com to see if there is profit in purchasing them to sell.

Successful applicant must have the following:
- Must have a solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and listing products for sale
- Must have own computer/laptop that is in full working order
- Must have access to Microsoft Office - Excel & Word and be proficient at using it
- Access to a printer and scanner for sharing documents
- Reliable Internet connection
- Be able to use Zoom/WhatsApp/Viber to communicate
- Be committed to working for us as we want long-term
- Be confident and happy in their approach and be willing to be part of a fun team



Pay will based on experience per hour plus potential for performance bonuses.
