? Job Title: Podcast Analyst

? Job Description:
You will be listening to PODCASTS (that we supply) and analyzing them to determine the different speakers that are talking. For example on Joe Rogan's Podcast he might interview a number of different guests-- we need you to identify the different speakers by name and then input them into a database.

You will like this job if:
1. You like podcasts.
2. Are knowledgeable and interested in of American culture and news.
3. Don't mind some data entry.
4. Don't mind evening shift-- hours for this job are: 6PM - 2AM PHT (UTC +8)


We like the hiring process to be quick, easy, and transparent, so here is the information on how that works:

• Step 1. Contact us and express interest. Then we will ask you to do step #2.
If you want to really impress us-- then contact us and include the request listed below in step #2.

• Step 2. Handwriting sample-- We ask all of our candidates to do a short handwriting sample on a blank sheet of paper.
You just answer this one question for us:
Q: What is one of your favorite movies and why do you like that movie?

Let me be clear here- The candidate must use a pen and write the answer to the question by hand.
They must do so on a blank sheet of paper.
There is no right or wrong answer.

Why do we ask candidates to do this, it sounds silly right since everyone is using a computer now anyway?
We ask people to write an answer to a question by handwriting in order to assure their ability to communicate in written english. As well, this helps us understand the candidate's interest in media and culture.

• Step 3. Skype interview-- 15 minutes

• Step 4. Skills test-- 30 minutes

• Step 5. You are hired!

We aim for steps 1-5 to take no more than one week.
