We are a growing e-commerce business based in Australia looking to expand our team in the upcoming weeks. We are in need of an entry level Recruitment Assistant who can keep up with our hiring demands and help place the most suitable talent for various roles. As we are a fully remote team working across different time zones, we value flexibility and a collaborative attitude as critical attributes for this position. The ideal candidate will be efficient & comfortable working with minimal supervision required to meet hiring requirements. We are focused on placing the right people in integral roles as we continue to scale up our business units and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.
This role will begin on a project-basis but can evolve to part-time or full-time , so we're keen on only hiring someone who is considering a long-term working relationship.
Job Requirements:
* minimum 2 years experience in sourcing & recruitment
i. creating job adverts & posting to corresponding platforms
ii. building candidates pipeline
iii. sorting CVs & shortlisting applicants for initial interview
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Google Docs
*Growth mindset - willingness to learn & improve for both organizational & personal career growth
* Previous exposure to eCommerce niche is preferable
