Wholesale FBA Assistant

Hi I am going to start wholesaling brand name products on Amazon. I have watched a couple of courses on how to do this but I am generally clueless. As my assistant you will be in charge of the following:
Research suppliers
Process supplier inventory list and create analysis (I will pay for whatever software you think is the best)
Place orders
Coordinate shipping
Track inventory
Revise pricing as needed
If I am leaving anything off please let me know. I want to be consulted on the product and I will assist in finding suppliers as well as handling the negotiations.
I do not care what hours you work.
I assume you will work from home and have a family
I will offer 13th month bonus
I will cut you in at 10% of profits on top of salary
After 6 months I will be happy to fund a product for you that we will split profits 50/50
