Social Media Specialist

I am looking to hire a highly skilled social media manager. A players only, please do not apply if your new to social media.

Salary:
$ ---------- per month (plus bonuses) depending on the experience. This is just the starting point, there will be plenty of opportunities for raises!

Type of Employment:
Full Time & Long Term

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. We will pay $100 for each week during that period. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and we will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

Interview Process:

Hours:
-40 hours/week
-We’re based in the West Coast which is on PST time zone, You will need to work according to our time zone.
-Able to work 2-4 hours on the weekend

-Previous Amazon Experience is a huge plus or any other Online Store
-Experience with working with consumer products (that’s what we sell on Amazon)

Your key responsibilities will include:

Participate in multi-disciplinary product team meetings and brainstorming

Improve the design of existing products

Identify and expand opportunities for new products

Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences

Gather feedback and analyze interactions of product users and incorporate feedback in design iterations

Create and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook/IG/Pinterest)

Designing graphics and social media post that are on-brand and create an emotional connection with our customers

Build and maintain an organized library of content, graphics, and creatives for repurposing and access

Monitoring key metrics and adjusting content and messaging as needed to maximize results

Brainstorm new strategies to increase organic traffic and leads by optimizing our social media and website SEO ---------- e up with brand awareness strategies to increase our brands online reputation and increase traffic to our online store.

Keep up with the current marketing strategies within our industry and bring in new fresh new ideas to great best practices from business that are having massive success.
