We are a small (6x person) IT firm in Los Angeles and our clients are challenging business executives.
We are looking for the best customer service representative in the world. We need someone with PERFECT English and EXCELLENT communication skills. You will be the face and voice of our company to all of our clients. You will be the first person that our clients will interact with before you transfer them to a technician for support.
The tasks include:
Answer client phone calls / Making phone calls to vendors and then connecting technicians
Coordinate the connection of our client with our best technician for the job
Manage 4x technician's calendars
Run our ticketing system (assign tickets to technicians, open new tickets, close tickets)
Respond to all client requests IMMEDIATELY (via

Requirements:
PERFECT COMMUNICATION - Minimal Accent
Basic IT Understanding (Computers, Networking, WiFi)
