Position: Property Management VA

We are a property management company and a real estate firm based out of Cincinnati OH, US. We are hiring more VAs to grow our Property Management & Real Estate business. Ideal candidate should have some experience with call handling, excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written, and verifiable work ---------- ernet speed should be at least 5 Mbps and computer should be at least Core i3. Pay is $4/hour for 40 hours/week. We pay bi-weekly via Transferwise. Work is from Mondays-Fridays, from 9am to 6pm EST (with 1 hour break).

Sample tasks:
-Generate sales leads for Property Management through Craigslist, Zillow, etc to find owner posted ads & pitch our property management service.
-Reaching out to real state investors & pitch our property management services.
-Find real estate property owner info/contact details for set of lists we provide from county records.
