We are professional Amazon Seller for six years and are looking for an experienced Amazon VA to join our team. We are based in Dubai and sell in Amazon USA in the Kitchen and Dining niche.

Below are some responsibilities.

PRODUCT LISTING AND OPTIMIZATION

- Excellent Product Research Skills (JungleScout)
- Keyword Research (JungleScout)
- Listing Creation
- Excellent Photoshop skills to optimise product images
- Well versed with all Amazon promotions
- Keyword Tracking
- Optimizing titles, bullets, search terms with right keywords
- Listing under Right Category and Subcategory

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND OTHER AMAZON RELATED TASKS

- Track inventory and coordinate with supplier for new orders
- Receive invoice from suppliers and maintain account
- FBA Shipments, Reimbursements & Inventory Management
- Fixing Listing Errors, Reinstating Blocked/Closed Listings
- Fixing Stranded Inventory & Unfulfillable Inventory issues
- Reconcile returns, refunds, lost, damaged and destroyed items for reimbursement.
- Lightning Deals and other types of promotions
- Weekly Sales Reports
- Brand Registry, Enhanced Brand Content, A+ Pages
- Store page optimization

MONITORING AND REPORTING

- Monitoring seller performance
- Monitoring product listing, reviews, sales of our store as well as the competitors
- Negative seller feedback and customer review removal
- Responding to customer messages

REVIEWS & LIST BUILDING

- Getting Verified Product Reviews via Messenger, Email, SMS and other channels
- Crate funnels and increase customer data via Click Funnels
- Email Marketing (mailchimp)
- Product inserts strategy
- Monitoring order:review ratios
- Early Reviewer Program

PRODUCT LAUNCH & RANK

- Putting together SOPs for new product launches
- Excellent knowledge and experience with launch and ranking Amazon products
- Proficient with FB and Instagram ads for giveaways

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT REQUIRED

- PPC & AMS Campaign Management & Optimization

- Working with messenger flows in Manychat
- Building funnels in ClickFunnels
- Testing audiences and creative in Facebook Business Manager
- Excel
