We are a start up VoIP+Software company looking for an Account Manager.
General Responsibilities:
-Apply your skills and knowledge of business development to manage the entire sale cycle from appointment call to project completion
-Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers to review service quality
-Understand UPbooks products and services and present to customers
-Work with cross functional teams to ensure the account is properly maintained
-Proactively identifies and addresses performance gaps in the sales process
-Ensure all sales, operational and other SOPs standards are met and that all applicable SOPs are consistently executed
Minimum Qualifications:
-At least 3 years work experience in a client facing, advisory role
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
-Experience working in the telecommunications industry or veterinarian industry
-Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
-Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
-Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
-Effective time management and strong organizational skills
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong negotiation skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Experience selling or leasing telecommunication equipment is a plus
-CRM experience is a plus
-2 years of SaaS experience is a plus
-Project Management experience is a plus
You will work 35 hours weekly or more depending on workload for a 100% remote company. You will be responsible for your computer, high speed internet, good headset, and quiet work environment.
