We're looking to hire 1 long-term full-time Video Editor to create engaging hip-hop related videos for our Youtube channel. As we are a Hip-Hop music media company we are specifically looking for someone who has a very strong passion for music. The main responsibilities will include using your initiative to research what types of videos will do well on Youtube, coming up with ideas on video topics and titles, helping with video descriptions and creating engaging video content for Youtube.

We will provide the successful candidate with an in-depth on-boarding process and training to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of what is expected and how to perform the job role to achieve the desired efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Video editing/creation for Youtube channel
- Use initiative to research what topics/subjects/titles can do well on our Youtube channel
- Assisting with Youtube SEO such as research and helping with video titles and description
- Coordination with team members
- Other ad hoc tasks relating to video editing as and when needed

HOURS
• 40hrs/wk Monday - Friday (non-paid breaks)
• Working hours are from 2pm-10pm PH Time

SALARY
• PHP 20,000/month (paid at the end of each month)
• 13th Month Bonus Paid On December 24 (based on good performance)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced English speaker (written and verbal)
• Experience in completing video editing tasks quickly and accurately
• Proficient in using video editing software and tools
• High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Highly organised, quick learner, deadline-conscious, goal-oriented, and resourceful.
• Fast internet, Stable internet and electricity
