Full Time Sales + Un-Capped Commission Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a sale professional to handle day to day solar appointment bookings via text, inbound and outbound phone calls.

You will be responsible for a range of customer support and prospecting tasks including phone and text support. When you are not fielding incoming calls; you will be asked to do outbound prospecting tasks and eventually training and managing other call center staff. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

Looking for a tack record of high performance in tele sales. This is a fantastic base plus un-capped commission opportunity. Top Sales Professionals Only.

- Answering Incoming Calls (You must be available during USA daytime hours)
-Qualifying and setting appointments over the phone and text.
-Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
-Business opportunity prospecting by phone; email and text

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full-time basis but may start you out as part time for this ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in the United States which will be overnight in your country.
4. Fluent English - written and spoken
5. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
