CS Phone Sales Agents

HOURS: 9 am to 6 pm PST
LOCATION: Remote, however stable connection must be verified

Job Description:
- Encourages customers to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Records customers' personal information accurately in a computer system
- Goes the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitates future sales
- Keeps records of calls and sales and all useful information

Requirements:
-PC/Laptop as this is a home-based job
-Must have a stable internet connection (10mbps) and reliable backup connection (5mbps)

Qualifications:
-Outbound sales experience - cold calling
-Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
-Minimum of 1 to 3 years of BPO sales outbound is a MUST
-Strong phone presence
-Communicates effectively, both written and oral
-Accountable, Motivated, Outgoing and Driven
-Can work with minimum supervision
