Salesperson Job Summary
Salesperson will make outbound cold calls to potential customers to share information about the company/organization and sell services. Will be able persuade potential customers, close deals, and quickly move on to the next sale. Salesperson will track and record calls in CRM, and represent company in a professional ---------- pany will provide training, tools, and a professional work environment where expectations are set ahead of time and work is performed on a set ---------- pensation consists of a standardized hourly rate and bonus structure. This position reports to the Operations Manager. Key Performance Indicators are provided to Salesperson and must be achieved on a weekly basis.

Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
Performing customized targeted sales strategies
Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
Facilitating future sales
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Closing sales and leading customer through purchasing process
Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
Collecting and updating call information
Engaging customer during phone call with questions
Answering customer complaints and doubts with solid information
Updating database of prospective client information
Ensuring all calls are recorded properly
Assisting other team members as needed

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Customer focused to gain sales
Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
Responsive to customer issues
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
High school degree or equivalent
Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people
Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Able to pass a criminal background check
