We need technical support staff to do the following:
- Respond to customer queries whether account related to payment-related where we use Stripe to process payments.
- Experience using FreshWorks and Stripe for customer support
- Support setting up the forms for customers and also assist in troubleshooting
- Experience in PHP development
- Previous tech support experience is required
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and other electronic means.
- Excellent computer literacy skills such as MS OFFICE, Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Experience with other SAAS companies
- Provide general administrative support
- Ability to use Slack, Trello, Freshdesk, and Freshchat would be a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction and to surpass customer expectations.
- Good communication, outstanding customer service & relationship building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a team and working quickly under pressure
- Highly organized and diligent
- Ability to multitask, when necessary
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude
- Experience managing and leading teams is a plus
