JOB OVERVIEW

UK BASED COMPANY- Formtoemail.com - Tech-Support - $300/month - 21 hrs /week

FormToEmail.com is a cloud-based form service for processing website forms, such as contact forms, order forms, surveys Upgrade to see actual info is a PHP script Upgrade to see actual infoers place form code on their website to display a form. When the form is submitted by a visitor, the data is processed by FormToEmail Remote then sent by email to the user and stored in the user panel to be filtered, sorted, and exported.

We need technical support staff to do the following:

- Respond to customer queries whether account related to payment-related where we use Stripe to process payments.
- Experience using FreshWorks and Stripe for customer support
- Support setting up the forms for customers and also assist in troubleshooting
- Experience in PHP development
- Previous tech support experience is required
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and other electronic means.
- Excellent computer literacy skills such as MS OFFICE, Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Experience with other SAAS companies
- Provide general administrative support
- Ability to use Slack, Trello, Freshdesk, and Freshchat would be a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction and to surpass customer expectations.
- Good communication, outstanding customer service & relationship building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a team and working quickly under pressure

- Experience managing and leading teams is a plus
