Inside Sales Agent (ISA) - For Real Estate Team

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team!

As an Inside Sales Agent you will call our current existing leads in Boomtown and Follow Up Boss CRM. Your goal will be to call prospect, qualify and to move them forward to a face to face appointment with one of our Outside Sales Agents on the team.
You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Outside Sales Agents on the team

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Appointment setting for Outside Sales Agents
Primary duties include outbound calling
Manage lead in CRM


LOOKING FOR A COLD CALLER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
FLUENT in the English Language both Verbal and Written
Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Call center experience
Real Estate Background this is a plus but not required
Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
Trainable
Team Player
Has a “can do” positive attitude

You will need:

- Reliable internet connection
- Noise cancelling headset
- Quiet work environment

Other info
- 40 hrs/week
-Php 20,000 per month + Bonus on Appointments Met
- Work hours: 10pm - 6am, Philippine time
