Sale Coordinator

We're a real estate investing company looking a high energy and self- starting coordinator.

Requirements:
Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone
You will be handling about 200 calls per week so you need to be available
Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers
Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
Know the Houston and surrounding areas or be willing to learn it
Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM
Ability to organize, meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment

Working Hours: 3-4 Hours/a day from Mon-Sun (9am-8pm Central Time)

Payment:
- $4/hour + bonus
- This will be a bimonthly paid position with bonus on leads that produce after 45 days with the company.
- The better you do to set me up to close the deal the more money you will make

You will be taking several skill/ personality tests to help us quickly identify the right candidate for our team.
